This policy explains how Mewar Hospitality ("we", "us"), which runs Mewar Hotels at https://www.mewarhotels.com, collects and uses your personal information. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, number of guests and any message you write in the enquiry form, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies.
- Booking data: if you go ahead with a booking, guest names and details the hotel needs to reserve your room.
We do not ask for card numbers on this website. We never collect passwords or government ID numbers through the website.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and check availability and rates with hotels.
- To make and manage a booking you have asked for, and share the necessary guest details with that hotel.
- To contact you about your enquiry or booking by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To measure how well our advertising works and to improve this website.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
3. Cookies and Google Ads
We advertise using Google Ads. When you visit this site, Google may set cookies or use similar technology to:
- record that you arrived from one of our ads and whether you sent an enquiry (conversion tracking);
- show you our ads on other websites after you have visited us (remarketing).

- Hotels you ask us to book, only the details needed for the reservation.

- Google, for advertising measurement, as described above.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months so we can help with follow-up questions, then delete them. Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
6. Security
This website uses HTTPS encryption. Enquiries are stored on a protected server that only our team can access. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Email reservations@mewarhospitality.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
This website is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
