These terms apply when you use https://www.mewarhotels.com or our booking assistance service. The service is provided by Mewar Hospitality, Indira Colony, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan 345001 (GSTIN 08CAGPM1608E1ZZ), trading as Mewar Hotels.
1. What we do
We are an independent hotel booking assistance service. We help you find hotels and desert camps in Jaisalmer, check availability and rates, and make bookings on your behalf. We are not a hotel, we do not own or operate any hotel, and we are not the official website of any hotel, hotel chain or government body.
2. Rates and fees
- Hotel rates change with dates, season and availability. A rate is only valid once we have confirmed it to you in writing for specific dates.
- Before you pay, we will tell you in writing the total amount, what it includes (for example meals and taxes), and any service fee we charge.
- Rates may include applicable GST and hotel taxes as stated in our written quote.
3. Making a booking
- Sending an enquiry does not create a booking and is free.
- A booking is confirmed only when you have accepted our written quote, made any required payment, and received a booking confirmation from us.
- You must give correct guest details. Hotels may ask for valid photo ID at check-in.
4. Hotel rules
Your stay is provided by the hotel or camp and is subject to its own rules, including check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits and house policies. Special requests (such as room location or early check-in) are passed to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed. Activities offered by desert camps, such as camel rides or cultural programmes, are run by the camp or its partners.

6. Our responsibility
We take care to pass on accurate information and to handle your booking correctly. We are not responsible for the services, facilities or actions of the hotel itself, or for events outside our control such as natural disasters, sandstorms, strikes or government orders. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
7. Website content
Photos on this website are for illustration and may not show the exact hotel or room you book. Hotel names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
